If you're looking for a simple yet vital way to help struggling families in this difficult economy, how about donating some school supplies!Pasadena Presbyterian Church will be collecting school supplies this Sunday, August 14th on the patio, and we will send them over to the Ecumenical Council Pasadena Area Churches/Friends in Deed for distribution.
PPC's Board of Deacons are organizing our collection. Needed items include: backpacks (mostly size medium, but also small and large) binders, colored folders, spiral notebooks, paper (college and regular rules) glue sticks (not bottles) children's scissors, erasers, pencils, erasable pens, rulers, washable markers, and gift certificates ($10) to Target or Payless Shoes. All donations help!
