Relationships: A Great Study. . . Coming to a Theatre Near YOU!

L.I.F.T. (Living In Faith Together; Pasadena Presbyterian Church's Young Adult Ministry) is about to begin a really exciting study about emotions and relationships.

Our L.I.F.T. Bible Study meets on the first and third Wednesday of the month from 7-8:30pm at in room PH201 at Pasadena Presbyterian Church. The church is located on the corner of Colorado Blvd. and Madison Ave.

Our next meeting will be Wednesday, September 7th from 7-8:30pm.

We are really excited about this study. For the months of September and October, we are inviting members of our wider congregation to join us so that we can have an intergenerational study. We'll be using an incredibly creative, imaginative book called Friedman's Fables by Edwin Friedman. The book is filled with short fables about relationships, and it is really astute and thought-provoking. We know that people will gain great perspective from this book.

We will also be looking at the Psalms, a book of the Bible which highlights many human emotions. How do we bring our emotions into our relationships?

How can we build healthy relationships with our families, with partners, with peers, with authority figures, with friends, and with communities? Come explore with us!
