Spotlight on Service: Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena!

At Pasadena Presbyterian Church, we aim to be a "sacred space for the city," and for that reason, we desire to learn about opportunities for service in Pasadena and to support and celebrate what non-profits, ministries, and charities are doing right in our midst.

And so. . . this week we honor the Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena!

The Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena exists to promote "the health, education, social, vocational and character development of boys and girls, ages 6 through 18. The Club's goal is to improve the lives of children by helping them build self-assurance and develop leadership skills while reinforcing positive values."

We are grateful that the Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena works to provide a safe space for children to grow, and that its staff are advocates for the wellness of children.

There are several ways to get involved with the Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena. You can volunteer there in several capacities. If you'd like some more information on volunteering, you can contact them at volunteer@bgcpasadena.org. You can also make a financial donation on their website.

We are thankful for all that the Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena is doing right here in our city!
