Wednesday, March 9th (6-8pm): Ash Wednesday is next week. This service will be a very special one for us. It will be Taize worship, led in part by our Young Adults. Taize is a meaningful style of worship that includes prayer and contemplative singing. Please join us for the Agape Meal at 6pm and for worship at 7pm!
Saturday, March 12th (6-9pm): We're having a St. Patrick's Day Party at Allison Burns' house! And we want as many of you to come as possible. Please bring a dish to share. And we're even having a contest: The person to dress most creatively/obnoxiously in green wins a prize! Might that be you?
Sunday, March 13th (after worship): We'll having another episode of the Second Sunday Sermon Group! We'll be meeting on the patio after worship, and then we'll go to Beany's for lunch and conversation about the sermon we just heard.
Sunday, March 13th (6-8pm): Our Lenten Group is beginning!!! Throughout the season ofLent, we'll be meeting in various homes on Sunday nights to 1) eat a potluck meal and 2) have a multi-cultural Bible Study. We'll eat for the first hour and study some scriptures the second hour.
The first meeting will be Sunday, March 13th at the home of Renee and Ian! Please join us in our apartment. More details (directions etc.) will come later.
