Spotlight on Service: Villa Esperanza Services!

At Pasadena Presbyterian Church, we aim to be a "sacred space for the city," and for that reason, we desire to learn about opportunities for service in Pasadena and to support and celebrate what non-profits, ministries, and charities are doing right in our midst.

And so this week, we honor Villa Esperanza Services!

Villa Esperanza Services has its main offices on Villa Street in Pasadena, and they serve individuals and families with disabilities in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. They offer a variety of services, including a school which provides educational services to children with Autism, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disabilities, and Seizure Disorders. The school offers individualized educational goals for children with experienced teachers and support staff.

Villa Esperanza Services also offers a Speech and Language Center, an Occupational Therapy Clinic, Employment Services, Care Management, Adult Residential and Independent Living Programs, and an Adult Day Program.

We are grateful that Villa Esperanza Services offer these vital resources to our community, and most of all, we support their vision of giving dignity, care, and increased independence to children and adults who have disabilities.

Thank you, Villa Esperanza Services, for all you do in our community!
